We started the first couple days of our vacation at a couple beaches. Saturday night we went to Hermosa beach. It was a little chilly (yes, i'm a granny), but the water was really warm. Phoebe just sat on a towel and said she was "code" for the first hour, then went to play. Faye and Chloe had a blat in the water (even though Chloe lost her glasses!), and Daphne and Phoebe played in the sand and collected broken shells. The sunset was so gorgeous over the pier... bay? whatever it's called.
The second day we went to the LA temple grounds, and then to Santa Monica beach. Sean and Eric say they saw Jean Claude Van Dam riding by on a bike, and apparently he's "huge" as Sean put it. Missed him. Darn. Cuz i'm such a fan of his movies. The kids had so much fun though, and it was really nice weather. Don't know about all the women in bikini's who-should-not-be-in-bikinis though. I guess I should be glad they have good self esteem? Please just stop sharing your "esteem" with the rest of us. (men included... no cracks from you, and i don't mean jokes)
California drivers are insane. Whoever said they were good drivers must be on speed, becuase that's all they do. Psychos.

How nice that you could actually swim in the water. In Oregon it was WAY too cold, but fun none the less!
Love your cute girls. It looks like one of them has a major outie. My Reese has one too, it's nasty, it looks like a baby weener!
